Delivery Policy:
- Delivery will be done through reputed courier company.
- Delivery will be free of cost on any item above OMR. 100. Delivery charges will be applicable for any item below OMR. 100 or special clearance items.
- Delivery will be done in 2-5 working days based on the product.
Return Policy:
Customer can return the item within 14 days after receiving the goods, for any reason except the below mentioned terms.
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 14 days from delivery.
- If the Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as customer received it.
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- Fragile items, hygiene related items.
- If your purchase is found to be counterfeit, customers will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees payed.
- If the item customer have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, customers will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
- If any product is returned by the customer, we will take care of the return shipping costs.
